What to Expect at your Next Dental Visit with Dr. Eric Meyer

During your first appointment, Dr. Eric Meyer will complete a comprehensive oral examination that includes a complete review of your medical and dental history, dental X-rays and intraoral photos. Additionally, he will provide you with an oral cancer screening, a periodontal health evaluation and an examination of your teeth and soft tissues. He will then discuss his findings with you and, if needed, help you develop a treatment plan that you are comfortable with.

Before your appointment, you can complete the new patient registration forms available at www.fullertondental.com/patient-forms/. Payment is expected at the time of your first visit, so have all your insurance information ready and co-pay if required. If you are responsible for financing our dental services, we work with CareCredit and can provide you with the information you need to apply.
